What you will do

  • Lead GTM technology assessments for PE-backed portfolio companies preparing for sale.
  • Evaluate CRM, marketing automation, data architecture, and RevOps maturity to identify value drivers.
  • Translate technical complexity into investor-relevant insights for PE deal teams.
  • Develop and standardize assessment frameworks, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
  • Drive revenue growth, practice forecasting, and P&L management for the GTM Advisory practice.
  • Partner with leadership to develop PE relationships and own select client accounts.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, private equity operations, or investment banking technology diligence.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to discuss value creation in EBITDA terms.
  • Proven executive presence and experience interfacing with C-suite and investors.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Commercial instinct and understanding of advisory firm economics.
