What you will do

  • Lead platform strategy and execution for WMUK, shaping priority digital campaigns across DSP, social, and video in alignment with overall artist strategy.
  • Drive a data-first approach using audience analytics, campaign performance metrics, and trend reports to optimize platform mechanics, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and ROI (including full fan journey tools like Linkfire and D2C).
  • Identify and pilot emerging platform features, creator tools, and monetisation models to develop new revenue opportunities for artists and the label.
  • Collaborate with label marketing and audience teams to secure high-value editorial support (e.g., DSP editorial playlists) and partnership activations with key platform stakeholders.
  • Act as internal subject matter expert for key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music) and guide label/artist teams on leveraging channel features for growth and revenue.
  • Own platform partner relationships, lead performance analysis and insight sharing to senior label leadership, and coordinate cross-functionally with streaming, marketing, and data teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ days per week in the office (onsite requirement).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, audience development, or platform-specific campaigns, preferably in the music industry, media, or youth culture sector.
  • Deep, current platform fluency across major music streaming and social platforms, including audiences, features, content formats, and monetisation mechanics.
  • Strong commercial acumen connecting audience behaviors to platform-specific revenue levers and identifying new digital income streams.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to apply data-driven thinking and analytics tools to measure success and drive continuous optimization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills to influence internal teams and external platform partners.
