What you will do

  • Collaborate with growth marketing and thought leadership teams to implement best practices.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Oktopost for platform governance and optimization.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual guidelines.
  • Develop live-posting strategies for events and curate content for broader marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to deliver digital content supporting marketing goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Oktopost, Sprout, or Hootsuite.
