What you will do

• Integrate category strategy into local media plans to drive investment efficiency for Nestlé.
• Develop cutting-edge communication plans that redefine industry best practices.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with the UK Nestlé Category team as a trusted advisor.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team including an Associate Director, Manager, and Planner.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal specialists to ensure best-in-class execution.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategic insights for client growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
• Solid experience in multimedia planning and strategy.
• Proven track record in managing senior clients and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to turn insights into strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrated team management and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenge briefs to uncover core client needs.
