Salary: Minimum € 2,362 gross per month (actual compensation is significantly above the minimum)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted legal business partner for marketing, media, and digital technology teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international sponsorship, talent, license, and agency agreements.
• Provide first-level support on data privacy and GDPR compliance for consumer activations and participatory events.
• Develop and update legal templates, toolkits, and playbooks for use by global and regional teams.
• Conduct legal training sessions for business stakeholders to enable independent handling of standard tasks.
• Collaborate with legal teams and external firms across Europe, LATAM, MEWA, APAC, UK, and USA.

Requirements

• European law degree; German qualification as “Volljurist” or Austrian law degree with law firm experience.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in top-tier law firms or international FMCG companies.
• Expert knowledge of copyright, contract, and marketing law, alongside a strong understanding of EU data protection law.
• Proven experience working across jurisdictions, specifically the US, UK, or EU.
• Fluent English proficiency for drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach.

• Proficiency in German or other additional languages.
