What you will do

• Act as a sparrhirify.global partner for senior management in strategic and tactical decision-makhirify.global.
• Design and deliver financial and non-financial reporthirify.global, includhirify.global quarterly performance reviews and strategic dialogues.
• Advise on operational efficiency, cost modelhirify.global, and financial plannhirify.global.
• Perform run-rate analysis and prepare business cases for change programs.
• Maintain full control of costs and FTEs, includhirify.global review and approval of requisitions.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency.

Requirements

• Current residency in the Netherlands is mandatory.
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance business partnerhirify.global, business controllhirify.global, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of bankhirify.global operations and operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
