What you will do

• Manage monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure tax compliance.
• Monitor accounting quality, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
• Lead and support two accounting team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in financial controlling and accounting.
• Proven experience leading financial statements, audits, and tax compliance.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to work from the Amersfoort office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in an international trading or distribution environment.
