What you will do

• Configure automated workflows to ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
• Integrate authentication with the sponsoring Command’s Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls.
• Submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report documenting authentication measures, security compliance, and integration workflows.
• Support mission-driven analytics by enabling real-time information sharing and dynamic data integration across systems.

Requirements

• U.S. Person eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) and compliance with U.S. export control/ITAR requirements.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years.
• Experience integrating JIRA, GitLab, and IT service management tools with seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
• Strong scripting and automation skills to streamline data exchange between platforms.
• Experience with OAuth and SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols for secure identity federation.
