Salary: £28,747 – £34,913 per annum

What you will do
- Manage inbound communication and take ownership of the customer service experience.
- Investigate vehicle ownership and assess policy indemnity to identify fraud indicators.
- Ensure accurate and prompt payments to all stakeholders involved in the claims.
- Maintain detailed chronological records of all file activities and claim notes.
- Manage diaries effectively to minimize claim settlement times.
- Communicate claim decisions and progress clearly to policyholders.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a naturally empathetic approach.
- Ability to make fast, informed decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication and good IT skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no visa sponsorship available).
