What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of Health Claims Advisors to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Provide coaching and support through regular feedback and performance conversations.
• Oversee and authorize claims decisions within specified authority levels.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage resource planning, forecasting, and workload allocation to meet service standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing people in a performance-driven environment.
• Background in a customer-focused operational role.
• Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use data and insight to manage performance and improve outcomes.
• Understanding of regulatory, conduct, and data protection requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hove, UK (Hybrid).
