What you will do

• Design and engineer secure, maintainable data architectures, pipelines, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, platform engineers, and SREs to launch data solutions.
• Transform complex business objectives into technical designs and applications.
• Provide strategic input to senior management and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes.
• Advise business clients on technical capabilities and data service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and cloud data technologies.
• Deep expertise in designing data lifecycles using Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent dynamic languages and C# or Java.
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and DevOps/Observability concepts.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with DBT, Airflow, or serverless architectures.
• Testing competencies including TDD and BDD.
