What you will do

• Participate in architecture design and define application-level architecture for complex projects.
• Develop and deploy enterprise-scale microservices using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
• Lead automation and performance testing efforts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Splunk.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure application performance and stability.
• Mentor junior team members and advise senior management on technical strategy.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Experience designing and implementing REST-based services in financial services using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Strong skills in automation testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting using various tools and frameworks.
• English proficiency at least B2 level; job posting is in English.
• Hybrid work format requiring onsite presence every other week in Fidelity offices in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies including NLP, LLM, and related automation.
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, and BrowserStack.
