What you will do

• Embed with enterprise financial institution customers throughout the discovery, design, and deployment lifecycle.
• Translate complex regulatory, security, and business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Design and build secure integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Contribute production-grade code and reusable components to the core product platform.
• Serve as the technical lead for customer deployments, conducting architecture reviews and risk assessments.
• Identify systemic gaps in deployments and convert them into scalable product enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software or solutions engineer.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Strong experience with enterprise-grade systems in regulated environments (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, FFIEC).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and secure data handling.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with banks, credit unions, or payment networks.
• Familiarity with financial data flows and core banking systems.
• Background in professional services or forward-deployed engineering teams.
• Experience participating in security reviews or regulatory exams.
