Software Engineer I (Golang/React)

Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA, United States

Salary: $110,500–$160,000 annually in Seattle or $127,100–$185,000 annually in San Francisco, plus sign-on payments and RSUs.

• Build interactive experiences that help viewers support creators and participate in the hirify.global community.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable applications for millions of concurrent users.
• Work across teams to create cohesive commerce and community solutions with measurable business impact.
• Turn customer feedback into features that improve the hirify.global viewing and creator experience.

Requirements

• Experience building consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrable experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving algorithms, data structures, and schema design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work from San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Mobile development experience with native or hybrid technologies.
• Familiarity with Golang, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with AWS services including ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions.
• Interest in gaming, streaming, or the hirify.global platform.
