Software Engineer, Crypto Platform (Web3)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $191,000–$225,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package.

What you will do

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Go, Rust, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement reliable services for transaction execution, state access, calldata construction, smart contract interaction, and event ingestion.
• Build secure indexing and data-processing pipelines using Temporal.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts supporting product workflows and account-abstraction flows.
• Improve blockchain reliability through RPC load balancing, failover strategies, multiprovider redundancy, and transaction simulation.
• Own features from technical design through deployment, testing, observability, incident response, and operational maintenance.

Requirements

• Production backend development experience with Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, reliability engineering, or high-throughput backend services.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, EVM-based chains, smart contracts, account abstraction, or ERC-4337.
• Experience with event-driven systems, indexing pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.
• Strong debugging skills across service boundaries, external providers, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Pragmatic approach to security, correctness, reliability, and operational excellence.
