What you will do

• Define market-driven product vision and own the product roadmap for identity verification solutions.
• Drive customer research and translate insights into product decisions across KYC workflows, AML, and risk reduction.
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, operations, and sales/business development on delivery and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor product adoption, competitive performance, and customer satisfaction; define KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with internal teams, customers/partners, and regulatory bodies; mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or related industries.
• Proven success leading SaaS product launches and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of identity verification concepts and compliance frameworks, including KYC/AML, digital identities, biometrics, and document authentication.
• Ability to dive into technical details while keeping long-term product goals in mind.
• Proficiency with Agile product development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in identity management/verification or adjacent industries.
• Familiarity with global identity verification regulations (eIDAS, NIST, AML/KYC compliance).
• Fluency in Spanish.
