Product Manager - Geo Expansion (Identity Verification): Developing and scaling identity verification products across geographies and financial-services sub-verticals with an accent on product strategy, KYC/AML workflows, regulatory compliance, and SaaS lifecycle management. Focus on translating customer and market insights into roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and monitoring adoption, competitive performance, and customer satisfaction.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid role with 3 days per week in the London office

What you will do
- Define a market-driven product vision and own the roadmap for identity verification solutions.
- Research customer needs across identity verification workflows, including KYC, AML, and risk reduction.
- Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and business objectives into product decisions.
- Coordinate engineering, UX, marketing, operations, sales, and business development teams through product delivery and go-to-market planning.
- Track adoption, competitive performance, customer satisfaction, and product KPIs.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders and mentor junior product managers or team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Experience leading SaaS product launches and managing product lifecycles.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML technologies, compliance frameworks, digital identities, biometrics, and document authentication.
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with proficiency in Agile product development.
- Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in identity management, identity verification, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with eIDAS, NIST, and global AML/KYC regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish.
