Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - office attendance required around 4 days a week

What you will do

  • Assist in creating and managing detailed marketing campaign plans, ensuring all specifications are captured.
  • Coordinate advertising content delivery and ensure timely, smooth campaign launches across digital and traditional channels.
  • Track campaign budgets and costs using spreadsheets and coordinate with the finance team for reconciliation.
  • Gather campaign results and assist in preparing performance presentations for clients.
  • Maintain internal templates and project documentation to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid - 4 days a week).

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or DV360.
  • Comfort working with numerical data and performance metrics.
