Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving top-of-funnel growth by engaging U.S.-based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities. Focus on building pipeline, initiating strategic conversations, and positioning GoldStar within the automotive dealer ecosystem.
Location: Must be based at our Mexico City office

What you will do
- Execute lead and opportunity management processes to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and sequences to prospect net-new dealer accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and qualify new logo opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and position the value of GoldStar solutions.
- Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in inside sales, SDR, or B2B outbound sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas in a contact center or sales environment.
- Understanding of sales cycle stages, qualification frameworks, and objection handling.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
- Experience in automotive, dealership, or related industries is preferred.
