Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving top-of-funnel growth by engaging U.S.-based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities. Focus on building pipeline, initiating strategic conversations, and positioning GoldStar within the automotive dealer ecosystem.

Location: Must be based at our Mexico City office

What you will do

  • Execute lead and opportunity management processes to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and sequences to prospect net-new dealer accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and qualify new logo opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and position the value of GoldStar solutions.
  • Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience in inside sales, SDR, or B2B outbound sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas in a contact center or sales environment.
  • Understanding of sales cycle stages, qualification frameworks, and objection handling.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
  • Experience in automotive, dealership, or related industries is preferred.
