What you will do

• Map the attention landscape to identify where target businesses spend their time and trust.
• Develop and execute high-visibility brand campaigns across social, digital, video, OOH, and IRL channels.
• Identify and activate earned media opportunities, including press moments and creator partnerships.
• Design brand activations and stunts that generate measurable earned reach.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative concept generation, reporting, and testing workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of campaigns that earned attention through PR, viral moments, or creator partnerships.
• Strong mix of creative thinking and hands-on execution from brainstorm to launch.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and active integration into daily workflows.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Performance-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomes and distribution.
