What you will do

• Lead procurement projects impacting sourcing processes, supplier relationships, and operational performance.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize pricing, delivery terms, and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier negotiations and commercial discussions to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations stakeholders to support business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet technical and commercial needs.
• Coach and manage team activities while ensuring accountability for procurement objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
