What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting and trend analysis, including weekly, monthly, and long-range planning (LRP).
• Support product launches and manage SKU creation to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
• Utilize SAP/S4 HANA to create sales reports and perform monthly/quarterly profitability analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply departments for business planning.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and adjust forecasting models based on market conditions and customer behavior.
• Lead internal monthly demand reviews and implement KPIs focused on inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Location: Must be based in Bergamo, Italy.
• English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong command of the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
