What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies (WTx, RG, SyS) aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and leverage business synergy opportunities to enrich category strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and establish should-cost models.
• Establish sourcing objectives and roadmaps regarding regions, lots, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing claims and negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Category Manager, ideally within EPC or Energy from Waste sectors.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or an Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in sourcing, category management, and procurement.
• Advanced skills in strategy development, contract negotiation, and project management.
• English fluency (B2/C1).
