• Manage and analyze non-conformities while implementing effective corrective actions.
• Oversee first-tier supplier performance, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report production KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate production and supply planning activities to maintain supply continuity.
• Ensure achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Quality (OTQ) targets.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits at supplier sites.

Требования

• Italian: Fluent proficiency required.
• English: Fluent proficiency (oral and written) required.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Supplier Quality.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management, planning, and quality processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of the avionics and aerospace industry is a strong plus.
