TL;DR

Customer Activation & Adoption Specialist: Drive product activation, deployment support, and early lifecycle adoption for existing customers who purchased but have not yet implemented solutions, with an accent on outbound engagement, blocker removal, and accelerating time-to-value. Focus on monitoring usage signals, mitigating churn risk through early intervention, and improving activation KPIs to protect ARR and enable expansion.

What you will do

  • Run proactive activation outreach via calls and targeted email campaigns to dormant/inactive purchasers.
  • Identify deployment blockers (technical, operational, organizational, training) and drive customers through activation milestones.
  • Provide consultative, light deployment guidance and coordinate escalations with Implementation, Technical Support, Training, and Product.
  • Monitor product usage signals to spot adoption gaps and promote relevant training resources (webinars, knowledge center content).
  • Assess account health, flag churn risk tied to non-activation/low usage, and partner on recovery and renewal risk mitigation.
  • Track activation and adoption KPIs in CRM, including time-to-activation and 30/60/90-day usage benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Strong outbound communication skills (phone and email).
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining consultative quality.
  • Comfort working in CRM systems and tracking structured engagement cadences.
  • Basic technical fluency to support solution setup workflows.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
