Associate Customer Success Manager (Customer Success): Retaining and growing K-12 accounts by supporting customers who adopted Parchment with consultative, high-value engagements. Focus on managing a 100–500 account book, driving renewals and expansions, and handling quoting, negotiations, contract closures, and accurate revenue forecasting.

What you will do

  • Act as a liaison between customers and hirify.global.
  • Deliver a superior member experience through consultative engagements and well-prepared presentations.
  • Align Parchment products and services with member business strategy by identifying needs and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a broad network of relationships across member organizations and within Parchment.
  • Manage a book of 100–500 accounts, including renewals support, retention, expansions, cross-selling, quoting, negotiations, contract closures, and revenue forecasting.
  • Meet revenue (renewals and expansions) and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a related role.
  • Strong ability to set clear expectations and drive issues/goals to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation and public speaking.
  • Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Suites and experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to manage 100–500 member accounts and achieve 90%+ of quarterly/annual goals.
