What you will do
- Act as a liaison between customers and .
- Deliver a superior member experience through consultative engagements and well-prepared presentations.
- Align Parchment products and services with member business strategy by identifying needs and uncovering growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a broad network of relationships across member organizations and within Parchment.
- Manage a book of 100–500 accounts, including renewals support, retention, expansions, cross-selling, quoting, negotiations, contract closures, and revenue forecasting.
- Meet revenue (renewals and expansions) and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a related role.
- Strong ability to set clear expectations and drive issues/goals to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation and public speaking.
- Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Suites and experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proven ability to manage 100–500 member accounts and achieve 90%+ of quarterly/annual goals.
