Salary: $116,900 - $197,083.60 (base salary estimate for US-based employees)

What you will do
- Manage complex Proof-of-Concept (POC) processes end-to-end for opportunities.
- Partner with field sales to discover customer requirements and define technical use cases.
- Demonstrate how the platform achieves customer goals via tailored demos and hands-on POCs.
- Develop custom code and build integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure) to support successful evaluations.
- Coach customers on identity security best practices and create reusable technical assets for Solutions Engineering.
- Translate technical use cases into strategic business outcomes and provide feedback to Product Management.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands-on technical pre-sales experience in an enterprise software company.
- 5+ years of deep experience in Identity Management/Governance; implementation/customization experience is a significant plus.
- Strong integration experience with one or more: SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and major HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Strong proficiency in Java and web application development (XML, REST, SCIM).
- Working knowledge of Beanshell, application servers (e.g., Tomcat), databases (SQL), LDAP, and Active Directory is highly desired.
- Location: Must reside in the United States or Canada and be able to travel across the US from time to time (up to ~25%).
