What you will do

• Own the feature roadmap and delivery for production workflows in the Exteriors segment.
• Map end-to-end enterprise customer workflows to identify friction points and inefficiencies.
• Lead customer discovery and market research to build deep domain expertise.
• Translate complex field operations into intuitive product experiences for office and field staff.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship AI-powered features, including intelligent recommendations and automated workflows.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency gains, adoption, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning operational, workflow, or field-service products.
• Strong instincts for workflow analysis and designing solutions for complex business operations.
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on ownership and urgency.
