What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Perform primary language quality checks during production and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing.
• Analyze task-quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level Sinhala vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Prior tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Sinhala proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous attention to language and the ability to identify subtle unnatural phrasing in Sinhala.
