Polish Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)

Location: Fully remote, from anywhere in Poland; Warsaw-area speakers are especially welcome.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of Polish labelers and reviewers throughout the project.
• Provide expert guidance on audio transcription, labeling, Polish grammar, pronunciation, and regional speech variation.
• Audit labeling and reviewing work to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, identify recurring issues, and provide actionable feedback and coaching.
• Host office hours, manage project questions through Discord, and communicate guideline updates.
• Collaborate with Project Operators and Project Managers on quality, workflow, and performance concerns.

Requirements

• Native Polish proficiency, including strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, natural spoken usage, and regional or dialectal variation.
• Experience with audio transcription, data labeling, linguistic annotation, quality assurance, or AI/ML data projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle linguistic, transcription, and labeling errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish.
• Experience providing feedback, coaching, or leading teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use Discord or similar collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or language education.
• Experience with AI training data pipelines or annotation platforms.
• Familiarity with regional Polish speech patterns and dialectal variation.
• Prior quality assurance or team leadership experience in a remote setting.
