Infrastructure Production Engineer (Cloud & Networks)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor expanding infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure services, VMware and Pure virtual server infrastructure, networks, firewalls, load balancers, remote desktop services, and WiFi networks.
• Automate infrastructure services and infrastructure-as-code workflows using Ansible, Terraform, ARM, and PowerShell.
• Create and manage CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions and support Kubernetes environments on AKS.
• Implement and manage intrusion detection, antivirus, authentication, log management, content filtering, cloud security tooling, and monitoring.
• Harden systems according to CIS and NIST practices, manage data-centre environments, document procedures, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and IT personnel.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure design and engineering.
• Experience with VMware and Azure.
• Cisco CCNA knowledge or certification.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for the operating shift schedule, including Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday coverage.
