What you will do

• Design and develop MEMS devices, sensors, and physical layouts for packaged assemblies.
• Conduct microfabrication and micro-assembly processes in a laboratory environment.
• Test and evaluate device performance using SEM, X-ray, and optical microscopy.
• Analyze reliability, yield improvement, and failure modes of integrated systems.
• Develop production methods and fabrication processes for functional end products.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and external technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• US citizenship is mandatory to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Experience in microfabrication or micro-assembly laboratory environments.
• Understanding of microelectronics metrology techniques and statistical process control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse, team-based environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Familiarity with heterogeneous electronics integration and packaging concepts.
• Experience with modeling or simulation software for MEMS design.
