- Lead initiatives autonomously and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Challenge exist processes to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of payment concepts such as SCT, SDD, card payments, and subscriptions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and complex organizational navigation.
- Ability to write clear business and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ground decisions in data.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.
