Power Platform Developer

TL;DR

Power Platform Developer (Microsoft 365): Developing and maintaining complex Power Platform solutions with an accent on Dataverse, Canvas apps, and Model-Driven applications. Focus on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions, providing second-line support within an ITIL framework, and promoting Centre of Excellence governance standards.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Provide second-line support for business-critical applications, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to identify delivery risks and technical constraints.
• Promote Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards and governance across the business.
• Support Citizen Developers by mentoring them on development standards and best practices.
• Manage incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven track record in developing significant Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint solutions.
• Practical experience designing and working with databases such as Dataverse, SQL, or SharePoint lists.
• Solid grasp of ITIL principles regarding Release, Deployment, and Change Management.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher business requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, and JSON.
