TL;DR

Power Platform Developer (AI): Developing and delivering Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions for government customers with an accent on business process automation and data visualization. Focus on building complex canvas apps, integrating SharePoint Online, and utilizing Microsoft Copilot to optimize organizational workflows.

Location: Remote (Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DOD Secret Clearance)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps to enhance program operations.
• Develop automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Engage directly with customers to define project requirements and manage expectations.
• Create and deliver data visualization solutions, technical documentation, and training resources.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage project schedules and status updates.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• 1-5 years of experience building canvas apps with PowerApps and automating processes with Power Automate.
• Advanced experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
• Foundational knowledge of Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (must be acquired within 90 days of hire).

Nice to have

• Experience building model-driven applications in Power Apps.
• Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and Power BI Premium Workspaces.
• Experience interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous or limited requirements.
