What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build and automate business processes using Power Automate workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft applications such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Develop and implement data governance policies, validation processes, and change management procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for IT service issue resolution.
• Experience in IT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Basic project management skills to plan and track service delivery projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder interaction.
