What you will do

• Design and develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to address business automation needs.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and RPA solutions.
• Implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and integrate them with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Configure workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and design guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer.
• Must be based in Romania or Ukraine.
• Strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-500, PL-200, or PL-400).
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Understanding of low-code platform design best practices and integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other low-code and RPA platforms such as ServiceNow, Mendix, or Pegasystems.
