What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Translate digital marketing updates (web design, SEO, Google Ads) into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal delivery team to ensure on-time deliverables and manage priorities by impact and capacity.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp, keeping pipelines organized and moving.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data and provide clear reports and recommendations based on analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or related role.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Proficiency with organizational tools and CRMs such as ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, mainly web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, with solid project management ability.
