What you will do

• Design and implement pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of ML models.
• Apply graph ML methods to model relationships in structured and unstructured data.
• Build and experiment with reinforcement learning algorithms for optimization tasks.
• Incorporate interpretability and explainability techniques into ML systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production.
• Contribute to improving ML infrastructure, tooling, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be local to North Reading, MA, US.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software engineering practices and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI orchestration or agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Exposure to production ML systems including MLOps, monitoring, and deployment.
