What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety information requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events and product complaints per regulatory standards.
• Translate technical documents and responses between English and Japanese.
• Maintain accurate logs in inquiry handling systems.
• Perform quality checks on adverse event reports and translations.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree required.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 800+ required.
• Strong translation and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
