Medical Information and Review Scientist (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and consumers through phone, email, webform, live chat, and postal channels.
• Provide accurate medical information in Hungarian and English using approved source documents and document inquiries in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.
• Review and approve promotional, non-promotional, and Medical-to-Medical materials for scientific accuracy, appropriate product use, and compliance with local labeling, legislation, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, regulatory, and country stakeholders while managing risks, quality concerns, milestones, and assigned deliverables.
• Support digital, AI-enabled, continuous-improvement, training, audit-readiness, product-launch, and regional or global Medical Information and Review initiatives.

Requirements

• Life sciences degree preferred; PharmD, BS or MSc in Pharmacy, or MD/DO strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical information, medical review, medical writing, scientific communications, or a related area.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in highly matrixed, multicultural environments.
• English proficiency at C2 level and Hungarian at mother-tongue level are required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, European and local pharmaceutical codes, regulatory guidance, SOP-driven environments, and relevant clinical and safety standards including ICH, FDA, and EMA.
• Strong scientific content evaluation, medical literature research, evidence synthesis, medical writing, communication, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
