What you will do
- Acquire new business and manage existing direct customers and platinum-tier partners.
- Deliver value assessments and ROI presentations to prospects and customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline tracking and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
- Lead pre-sales engineers during customer Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute growth strategies and attend industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex, large-scale sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and web-based demonstration tools.
- Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and mobile operating systems (Android/Apple).
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel within North America up to 35% per month.
