What you will do

• Execute buy and sell orders for client accounts across various asset classes including ETFs and equities.
• Manage portfolio and model rebalancing trades for internal and external managers.
• Support daily trading operations such as allocation confirmation, cash movement, and case processing.
• Monitor market news and developments to support informed trading decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and support special projects as required.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in trading or investment operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms.
• Understanding of best execution principles, market structure, and settlement processes.
• Must be licensed to be registered as an IAR of hirify.global Investment Advisors.

Nice to have

• Experience with algorithmic and block trading.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with broker-sponsored trading algorithms.
