Location: Must be based in Downers Grove, Illinois (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Assist in portfolio rebalancing to ensure funds effectively track associated indices.
• Monitor daily fund activity, including custom orders, corporate actions, and cash management.
• Oversee exception reporting to ensure funds meet investment objectives.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, and ETF Operations teams.
• Support projects related to new product launches and process or technology improvements.
• Handle client inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in the Downers Grove office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, VBA, or other programming languages.
• Understanding of how exchange-traded funds work.
