What you will do

  • Deliver industry-leading product and technical support to clients across North America.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues including data discrepancies, imports/exports, and performance concerns.
  • Configure and maintain Windows-based environments for cloud-hosted users and applications.
  • Use SQL Server to analyze and resolve complex client issues.
  • Create and update help modules, client-facing documentation, and internal guides.
  • Participate in a rotating support schedule from 7am to 7pm ET.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical or product support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows environments, including administration and command-line operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership of technical challenges.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
