What you will do

• Engage directly with clients to understand needs and co-design actionable solutions.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to define solutions.
• Map current-state and future-state processes to identify innovation opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and support business case development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, corporate banking, or financial markets.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
