What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using tools like MS Project or Open Plan.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to identify dependencies and mitigate schedule risks.
• Act as the subject matter expert for EVMS and planning best practices.
• Ensure schedule compliance with government customer requirements throughout all program phases.
• Track budget and Estimate to Complete (ETC) data in coordination with Finance.
• Mentor and train junior planning staff.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5 years with a graduate degree).
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and critical path analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
