What you will do

• Assess PAYG and self-employed residential loan applications and variations.
• Perform credit and risk assessments within an allocated Delegated Lendhirify.global Authority.
• Specialise in credit analysis, customer segmentation, and conveyanchirify.global processes.
• Uphold underwrithirify.global guidelines and compliance policies to mitigate operational risk.
• Maintain high attention to detail to consistently meet KPIs and quality indicators.
• Ensure all credit applications are completed within service delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Delegated Lendhirify.global Authority (DLA) of at least $1m in a Residential Loan Approval setthirify.global (essential).
• Recent localised experience in the Australian residential mortgage assessment industry.
• Sound knowledge of Australian lendhirify.global practices, valuations, mortgage insurance, and bankhirify.global regulations.
• Strong aptitude for mathematical and statistical analysis.
• Excellent coordination, collaboration, and communication skills for stakeholder management.
