What you will do
- Provide accurate and quality responses to customer inquiries via email.
- Resolve order issues and account inquiries by following established SOPs.
- Triage customer tickets within the team and across departments.
- Communicate emerging customer trends and needs to management.
- Educate customers on policies, tools, and product lines.
- Drive site improvements through continuous feedback and escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or the gaming/hobby industry.
- Strong computer skills with experience in CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry.
- Must be based in Utah.
- No U.S. visa sponsorship available.
