- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with local business objectives and global frameworks.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership on organizational design and talent management.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage performance management systems, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Japanese labor laws and manage employee relations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
Требования
- Japanese: Native level proficiency (JLPT N1 equivalent) required.
- English: Business-level proficiency required for regional collaboration.
- Must hold a valid residence status permitting full-time employment in Japan.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a management role.
- Deep understanding of Japanese labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience working in multinational organizations with matrix structures.
