What you will do

• Lead a team of product analysts in developing detailed plan designs and product specifications.
• Manage the build, filing, and regulatory approval process for new and existing annuity products.
• Oversee compliance, taxation, and regulatory changes impacting products and distribution channels.
• Bridge product, process, and technology initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for non-product initiatives including admin, compensation, and claims systems.
• Conduct competitive research and intelligence for the US annuity market.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product development or management within the annuity industry.
• Deep understanding of fixed and fixed-indexed annuity products.
• Strong knowledge of annuity distribution characteristics and sales processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to influence outcomes.
